Description
The Siebel Upgrade Workshop is a comprehensive, modular training that teaches how to prepare for and conduct a Siebel Upgrade project from a pre-IP 17 release to the current Siebel CRM Update.
This course is a complete curriculum, combining prerequisite chapters from the Siebel 22 Workshop (see table below) and detailed presentations and demonstrations on the process of upgrading Siebel CRM development and test/production environments.
The curriculum includes more than 12 hours of recorded video presentations and demonstrations.
